At the Wismettac Group, we are based on the idea of the "70:20:10 MODEL *" and believe that the following three types of "learning" mutually contribute to human growth. Based on this idea, we design development programs that include not only training but also a system of nurturing and experience, and we focus on human resource development through collaboration between human resources and the workplace.

Training for new recruits
We provide regular opportunities for successful applicants to communicate with each other and with senior employees, such as through internships and various workshops.
*Full-time and 1-day internships are available only to those who wish to participate.
Presentation training
Conduct research on a specific topic and give a presentation to management.
After the presentation, you can receive feedback from employees, which will help you improve your own business skills.
Certification Programs
(Bookkeeping, trade practice examination, etc.)
In order to acquire business skills and knowledge that will be useful after joining the company, we will have you take the Nissho Bookkeeping Examination and the Trade Practice Examination. We will also support you with study materials and cover the examination costs.
Our Values Workshop
The successful applicants will form groups and hold workshops.
In the workshop, participants will share their values and understand their differences through group discussions, which will encourage the creation of psychological safety among peers.
Full-time Internship
You will be working as a contract employee until joining the company on April 1st.
1-day internship
Participate in seasonal events.
New employee training
After joining the company, we provide training for new employees to acquire the mindset, manners, and basic knowledge required for work as members of society.

New Employees
Follow-up System
After being assigned to the work site, we assign each employee a senior employee in charge of OJT, and have a detailed support system in place both inside and outside of work.

Various systems to support employees
Property accumulation savings system | This is a savings system where the company enters into a contract with a savings institution, deducts the employee's desired amount from their wages, and deposits it in the savings institution. It is a savings system where money is saved by deduction from wages, and can be used for any purpose (starting from 5,000 yen, with support from the company of up to 1,000 yen/month). |
Employee Stock Ownership Plan | This is one of the systems that can help you build assets over the medium to long term. By owning shares in the Wismettac Group, we strive to further increase the sense of unity among employees and to increase their awareness of participation in management through all-employee management. In addition, a fixed amount can be deducted from employees' salary each month to purchase stocks, which can be made up of personal contributions as well as a company incentive (5% of contributions). As a shareholder, you have the right to receive profit distribution, and dividends are calculated as net-of-tax dividends based on the number of shares you own and reinvested. |
Retirement benefits system (Corporate defined contribution pension plan) |
The company contributes to the pension plan, and the employees themselves decide how the plan will be managed. The amount of pension you will receive in the future will vary depending on the results of the investment. At the Wismettac Group, the company will contribute 10% of your monthly salary as a premium in addition to your regular wage (up to a maximum of 55,000 yen/month). *There is a separate calculation method for annual salary recipients (upper limit: 55,000 yen/month) |
GLTD System (Group Long-Term Disability Income Indemnity Insurance) |
If you are unable to work for an extended period of time due to your own illness or injury, or to care for a family member, this system will provide partial income compensation up to age 60, regardless of whether you are still employed or have retired (up to 80% of the standard monthly coverage can be guaranteed by purchasing an additional benefit). |
