Job Description	・ Overseas sales, purchasing and product development of Asian food including Japanese food ・ Sales, purchasing and product development for Amenity Foods ・ Domestic sales of imported fruits and vegetables, including frozen fruits, for wholesale markets, retail stores, mass retailers, and restaurants ・ Overseas sales of domestically produced fruits and vegetables, overseas to overseas trilateral trade (overseas sales) ・ Food safety, product and manufacturing technology related tasks ・ Group management (management of business planning, human resources, legal affairs, IT, finance, etc.) *Depending on the department you are assigned to, you will be affiliated with either Nishimoto Wismettac Holdings Co., Ltd. or Wismettac Foods Co., Ltd. Eligibility	・ Those who have graduated or completed (or are expected to complete) a four-year university or higher in Japan or overseas Those with no work experience *No restrictions on faculty, department or nationality
Starting salary	College graduates and general employees: 250,000 yen per month Graduate school graduates: 258,000 yen per month
bonus	Twice a year (June and December)
Salary increase	Once a year (April)
Various allowances	・ Commuting allowance (fully paid in principle), overtime allowance ・ Housing allowance available
Working hours	Flextime system (standard working hours 8 hours, no core time)
Holidays and vacations	1. Two days off per week (Saturday and Sunday) 2. Two days off per week (Sundays, two Wednesdays a month, and two or three Saturdays a month) *Varies by department Holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, annual paid leave, special leave, childcare leave, nursing care leave, etc.
